Cancellation/Refund Policy/Replacement

We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. However, due to the nature of these products there are limitations to what can be replaced or returned. We try to be as generous as possible with this replacement/refund policy on purchases from our website, however, there are some exceptions. Orders containing a 10g tube of our pure oils or 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product. On orders that are eligible for a refund, the customer may be required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping. If you have any questions please contact us at with any questions.

As a policy, Williams Heritage LTD is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund on any international orders. Having said that, it is at our discretion to be as generous as possible in every situation where your items are misplaced or lost. If you do not receive your items, please contact our office by emailing and we will assist you.
